Beth Palm, MBA has worked in the nonprofit sector in Minnesota for the last 15 years, 10+ of those years in social enterprises. Beth led a $1 million social enterprise called CityKid Java for 3 years as Director of Operations/General Manager and in 2015, founded a new social enterprise: BAM Essentials, an organic personal care product business, benefiting young women from disadvantaged backgrounds in Minnesota. Beth has worked as a consultant with clients to create strategic plans, presentation documents, full business plans and feasibility studies for their social enterprise business ideas.
